jen & i really appreciate all of the interest & questions we have received about what we are doing next with our lives.
here is the simplified version:
- after 11 years on staff @ Central, i am heading out into new leadership pursuits; i finish my run on staff @ the end of Oct. 2008 [thank you to Cal & all the leaders who make Central a great place to work]
- we will be living in Mesa through the end of the school year; still attending and volunteering @ Central
- eventually (by Jan. 2010) we will be starting a brand new church under the umbrella of Orchard group.
- we aren’t certain WHERE yet, but we are leaning towards Seattle or Baltimore/D.C.
- for now I am ‘feeding the family’ by leading in 2 very exciting endeavors:
- Strip Church – Las Vegas – new ministry outreach w/ long time friend Craig Gross
- Factor1Studios – local – business partnership w/ good friend & fellow mtn. biker Matt Adams

You don’t know me, but I am a 3F resident at Central, and I’ve been reading your Red Bike Leader site for a while now. Jeremy and Jared told me either that you started or helped start the residency program. I just wanted to say that both your site and this program are affecting me tremendously, and I pray that God blesses you wherever you end up. Thanks a lot, and keep up the good work.
